Weekly Intercession Plan

Week 1 — Aliyah (Return)

• Open doors and resources for returning families.

• God’s comfort during cultural and linguistic transitions.

• Favor over agencies and teams serving the Aliyah process.

• Healthy integration into local communities.

• Protection during travels.

 

Week 2 — Protection and Comfort

• Protection for civilians and vulnerable communities.

• Healing of trauma, hope for the bereaved.

• Wisdom for authorities and first responders.

• Children and youth safeguarded from fear and hatred.

• Comfort of the Spirit in the cities.

 

Week 3 — Combating Antisemitism

• Exposing narratives of hatred and misinformation.

• Safety for Jewish communities in Brazil and around the world.

• The Church’s prophetic voice: truth spoken in love.

• Solid biblical education in Sunday Schools and Small Groups/Cells.

• Cooperation with trustworthy initiatives.

 

Week 4 — Intercessory Church

• Pastors and leaders strengthened in faithful teaching.

• Anointing for persevering prayer within congregations.

• Unity among IDI associated churches.

• Holiness in communication (online and in person).

• Public testimony of peace and hope.

Outline for “Night of Prayer” (45 minutes)

Welcome (3 min): brief biblical vision (Isaiah 62:1).
Worship (8 min): two Christ-centered songs about peace.
Scripture Reading (4 min): Psalm 122; responsive prayer.
Guided Intercession (20 min): four segments (Aliyah, Protection, Antisemitism, Intercessory Church) with 4–5 prayer points each.
Closing (10 min): blessing, announcement of next gathering, invitation to the annual event.
