ZIONIST CHURCH IN DEFENSE OF ISRAEL

 

The IDI – Churches in Defense of Israel invites your community to become an Associated Church, taking on a prophetic, biblical, and practical role in favor of the Jewish people and the Promised Land. What we present is not a political or ideological agenda, but a prophetic calling already being fulfilled before our very eyes: the restoration of Israel and the return of the Jewish people to their inheritance, as foretold in the Scriptures thousands of years ago. As the prophet Isaiah declared:

 

“See, I will lift up my hand to the nations, and raise my banner for the peoples; they will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their shoulders.”  (Isaiah 49:22)

 

The ZIONIST CHURCH IN DEFENSE OF ISRAEL program was created with the vision of awakening and instructing the Brazilian Church about the true meaning of biblical Zionism. This Zionism is not connected to parties, governments, or ideological movements, but to the eternal promises of God. Prophetic Zionism affirms the historical and spiritual right of Israel to exist in the land promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob more than three thousand years ago. At the same time, it reminds us that the return of the Jewish people to their land (Aliyah ) is an essential part of God’s plan for the redemption of the nations.

 

Our mission is to mobilize local churches throughout Brazil to understand and embrace their prophetic position in this generation. This means teaching about the prophecies of return, praying intentionally and effectively, organizing events and movements that confront antisemitism, and supporting initiatives related to Aliyah.

We believe the Church cannot remain silent in the face of the growing wave of persecution against the Jewish people worldwide, a reality that echoes both the pre-Holocaust persecutions in Europe and the expulsions and violence faced by Jews in the Middle East and North Africa. A ZIONIST CHURCH IN DEFENSE OF ISRAEL is one that commits to regularly teaching about Israel and biblical Zionism, to holding at least one annual event in defense of Israel, and to encouraging its members to support projects related to Aliyah and the fight against antisemitism. It is also a church that chooses to align itself with the Word of God, understanding that supporting Israel is not merely an act of solidarity, but of prophetic obedience.

IDI supports every church that chooses to make this commitment. We provide educational materials such as study guides, slides, and videos for worship services, Bible studies, and small groups. We offer online and in-person training for pastors, leaders, and youth, and ensure continuous follow-up through pastoral mentoring. Each participating church receives the Official Seal of ZIONIST CHURCH IN DEFENSE OF ISRAEL and becomes part of a national network of churches that share the same vision and prophetic calling.

 

We are living in decisive days. The Lord is gathering his people in Israel, fulfilling ancient promises, and the Brazilian Church now stands before a unique opportunity to become an active partner in this prophetic movement. This is not about politics or ideology , it is about faithfulness to God’s eternal plan. By becoming an Associated Church with IDI, your community takes a prophetic stand in history, blessing Israel and, in turn, receiving the blessings that accompany those who honor the promises of the Lord.
